Salutations That Tickle the Heart

will tickle your funny bone too!

Come celebrate your emotions through the joys of sound and movement.

The class will include yoga games along with individual and partner poses (with parent or friend). This class is open to children ages 3-8 and their parents. Leisa Owens has been a student of Hatha Yoga for the last 13 years. A general and special education teacher since 1993, Leisa is now putting her joy of working with children into her favorite sport- Yoga!
