Latri Khenpo Nyima Dakpa Rinpoche

High Lama of ancient Bon tradition teaching 'Zhi-Ney' (Calm Abiding)

February 15-17 in Bisbee

FRIDAY EVENING OPEN TALK

February. 15th    6:00 -8:00 pm

Central School, Bisbee

~ DONATION ~

Bön is the ancient, pre-Buddhist religion of Tibet, now recognized by HH the Dalai Lama as one of that nation's five great spiritual traditions and a major early source of its culture.

This evening, one of the leading living figures in Bön will discuss its history and essence .It is deeply rooted in the beauty and power of the Tibetan landscape and a mystical relationship with the forces of nature. He will also discuss how to apply Bön teachings in our daily lives, explain basic meditation practices that can soften the five poisons: anger, greed, hatred, jealousy and fear. The Rinpoche will help us gain peace and harmony and a deeper connection to our environment; make clearer decisions; heal from mental or physical illness; and purify our lives.
