Partner Yoga is an opportunity to practice yoga with a friend or partner. Explore the expression of a pose with another student. Tom and Sally will guide you through a flow of creative partner postures, demonstrating and offering assistance to help each partner feel the perfect wave of balance. The interchange will deepen your own personal practice of asanas, help you to learn how to assist another in their postures and develop cooperation, trust and communication as practice together.  It's a lot of fun , too.
