Marisa Wolfe, RYT with Yoga Alliance, has been teaching Kripalu Yoga with a significant influence from the Viniyoga tradition since 2004.  She is also a Lisenced Massage Therapist specializing in Thai Yoga Massage in the Lotus Palm tradition.  Marrying yoga and massage has led Marisa on a seemingly never-ending quest into the anatomy of the body and self, exploring the similarities and differences, person-to-person.  With a gift for instructing multi-level classes with a sense of humor, Marisa tries to encourage each student to find their own best practice.

Marisa is the owner of Yoga Del Sol Studio in Lemitar, New Mexico.

 Our feet support us day in and day out, without a lot of love in return. Come learn more about the structure of our feet. We will explore their connection and impact on the rest of our body through asana and Thai yoga massage partner stretches intended to highlight individual aspects of our musculature.  This anatomy-based class will be filled with playful awareness exercises, deep stretches and a chance to really love your feet. Attend by yourself or come with a partner.
