Marnie Mills RYT, is the owner of MONSOON FACE AND BODY, a yoga studio she founded in Bisbee, AZ. Marnie incorporates Monsoon Nectars, aroma-therapeutic products that she formulated, along with dietary suggestions into her hatha / vinyasa & restorative yoga sessions. This holistic approach takes into consideration the dramatically shifting environmental cycles of the world around us. Classes are designed to support transition with consideration to the change of seasons & how the elements of earth air, fire, and water manifest in our bodies.

Marnie is grateful that her life has crossed paths with her teachers Swami Maha-tarananda, Erich Schiffmann, Shiva Rae, Judith Lasater, Rodney Yee,  Thomas Fortel, and particularly her first teachers, Chris Yonker, Kitty Daily, and Lynn McGee in St. Louis. MO.
