In this session we will discuss the value of adding dreamwork to our yoga practice.
From the shamanic dreaming of Carlos Castaneda, the dream psychology of Carl Jung, to the cutting edge study of lucid dreaming by Robert Waggoner, we will explore the relationship of dream awareness to the experience of our waking lives. There will also be dream sharing and a question and answer session.

I dreamed I was flying in circles above the students in my dream class.
They waved at me and I realized I was dreaming.
I flew down, landed and told them that we were all dreaming.
I saw the Club Kilimanjahro nearby and we all walked over to it and entered.
In the ballroom there were ropes stretched the length of the hall.
Hanging over the ropes were Tibetan rugs.
We noticed a piece of paper folded on top of one of the rugs.
Trelane, a dream student, climbed up and got the paper.
"What does it say?", we all asked.
It says, " FREE THE TIGER ", he responded.
From the dream journal of John Galleher in 2005
'Free the Tiger'- Title of the 4th Annual Bisbee Yoga Expo 2008
" Marcia, is it true that the gentle man who conducted the dream workhop is your husband? Well, if this is the case, please convey the message that he is a very patient and atriculate speaker, he answered a number of very helpful questions, and my daughter really felt him to be a wise and warm hearted man. He is a very good teacher (very Gurdjieff - He sure does carry that vibration!!) thank you soooooo very much."

"Thanks for the great Lucid
Dream class and weekend...
Thanks for a memorable
